Good things come in small packages

Carme and Jordi arrived at our offices determined to invest. They were looking for an apartment, not too big, where they could get a practical and modern living space to then rent out.

After a few visits with our salespeople, they were convinced upon seeing this 63m² studio in the pedestrian zone of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The building dated from 1901 and retained the wooden beams. Despite the outdated style of the property, the future owners saw the potential and, once it was theirs, began, together with the ADR and Coreba team, to design and distribute the new spaces.

The intention was to bring life to the apartment, adding light and brightness, and to update the furniture and finishes to match the current trend. They turned it into a modern studio with Mediterranean details that Gemma rented from us in 2020. As for us, job well done, especially since Carme, Jordi, and Gemma are very happy.
