Small actions, big changes

Many times we find clients who want to invest but also want to use the property they buy. This was the case with Clara and her family; they were looking for a place where they could spend time with the little ones and at the same time get some return on investment.

While visiting some properties in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, they saw one on Carrer Metges, a house with a patio and terrace, 3 bedrooms, and close to the center. One detail Clara really liked was that this house was built by the previous owner along with his family.

It met all their needs, although it needed an update.

Little by little and with great taste, Clara improved the look of the house, preparing it to rent out in the summer and enjoy it with her family. Simply by changing the lighting, renovating the bathrooms, adding a coat of paint, and modernizing the furniture, you can achieve impressive results!
