From an old house to two characterful apartments.

Walking through Sant Feliu de Guíxols, you will notice numerous properties that seem abandoned or have deteriorated over time. This makes us think about the possibility of giving them a new purpose so that in the future they can become the home of some family.

This house on Carrer Penitencia is a good example. Its construction dates back to 1923 and it hid treasures like wooden beams and stone walls. The options were clear, its size and local regulations allowed the house to be divided into two dwellings, and that's what was done.

The result was two modern, bright, and spacious apartments, one with a garden and pool and the other with an attic with a terrace.

When we sold the two properties, the new owners not only filled the apartments with furniture and personal items but also with the excitement of moving into such magical spaces.
