In 1988, when Finques Cel Blau was founded, María was a young woman starting her professional career in Barcelona, in the world of retail, with 100% involvement and an innate talent for connecting and empathizing with people.

She knew that, at some point, she would return to her beloved Costa Brava. What she didn't know was that what began as a coincidence in 1996 in the Cel Blau office on Carrer Especiers in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, working as a sales representative, would end up becoming the project of her life almost three decades ago.

It was back in 2004 when she took over the management of the company.

Since then, we have been a part of many stories: beginnings, endings and turning points. Moments with lots of power and energy.

We have been very fortunate to cross paths with people who have helped us grow, both as people and as a project. So, in 2017, we opened our office in S'Agaró to start a new line of business dedicated to holiday rentals.

At the beginning of 2020 we were ready for a new challenge: moving to a magnetic space in front of the sea, at Casa Cendrós on the Rambla. Our plans, like everyone else's, were altered both in timing and execution, but not in essence.

Our fighting instinct prevailed and when the pandemic gave us a break, we were able to move into the offices of our dreams: a space protected by its culture, an environment based on respect for the environment and a place where we could continue fulfilling the dream of having or transforming a home.

Furthermore, at our new headquarters in Sant Feliu de Guíxols we have materialised our transformation as a sustainable real estate agency.

When designing the offices, we have opted for recycled cardboard, osmosis systems and spaces for electric bicycles. In our daily operations, we have digitalized our procedures in order to leave the smallest possible footprint of our work on the environment.

This is our story and it becomes truly meaningful when it intersects with yours.
